Die ersten 2-Dollar-Banknoten wurden vom Federal Government im Jahre 1862 herausgegeben und zeigten ein Porträt von Alexander Hamilton, dem ersten Sekretär des Schatzamtes (1789-1795).
Die erste Abbildung des Porträts von Thomas Jefferson, dem 3. Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten (1801-1809), war auf den 2-Dollar-Banknoten der Serie von 1869.
Seitdem trägt die 2-Dollar-Banknote, bis zum heutigen Tage, das Porträt von Thomas Jefferson, einem der Gründerväter der Vereinigten Staaten.
The first $2 bills were issued by the Federal Government in 1862 and featured a portrait of Alexander Hamilton, First Secretary of the Treasury (1789-1795).
The first depiction of the portrait of Thomas Jefferson, 3rd President of the United States (1801-1809), was on the 1869 series $2 bills.
Since then, to this day, the $2 bill has borne the portrait of Thomas Jefferson, one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. |

Diese wird dann gegen Knicke und Beschädigungen geschützt zwischen zwei Pappen fixiert.
Dieser Artikel wird verschickt in einem DIN lang-Umschlag.

This is then fixed between two pieces of cardboard to protect it against kinks and damage. This item will be sent in a DIN long envelope. |
