Whether it is worth anything is dependent on how popular the collecting of Estonian stamps is in Estonia (or elsewhere). Such printing flaws on the stamps of some countries fetch a premium but only because the stamps of those countries are highly collectable and very specialist catalogues exist that list such errors.
