All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the <a {linkParameters}>conditions of use</a>, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

I combine items to minimize shipping charges and use actual Canadian postage stamps on stamp and postcard orders whenever possible.
If you have questions concerning an item, please use the Ask a Question feature as I check this on a daily basis.

Regular: up to 30g: Canada $1.35; USA: $1.90; International: $3.25
Mid-size: 31-50g: Canada $1.85; USA: $2.95; International: $4.40
Oversize: 51-100g: Canada: $2.75; USA: $4.50; International: $6.75

I will combine purchases before payment is received to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Shipping will be via regular postal services. Airmail for letters; ground for small packet- and parcel-size orders (supplies). Alternative shipping may be requested by buyers and additional costs will be borne by buyers.
