United States, Scott #5580, used(o), 2021, Star Wars: Gonk Droid; Star Wars is an American epic space saga and multi-media franchise, created by producer George Lucas, which began with its first feature length film in 1977 and quickly became a world-wide pop-culture phenomenon; the franchise has expanded in a series of films and other media; a 'droid' is the exclusive term for every robotic entity in the Star Wars media; gonk droids are essentially walking batteries, which trundle along as directed by their owners or their programming, recharging vehicles and machinery, forever stamp issue value: (55¢), serpentine die cut simulated perforations: 10¾, issued on non-water soluble panes, lithography and typography printed, multicolored, Scott 2019 Catalog Value: 25¢, nicely centered stamp, double strike cancels, both, large, faint, black-inked, double-rimmed, broken-up, socked-on-the-nose cancellations, the main, a three-quarter circular cancel over the bottom half of the stamp, the second cancel, heavier, on the upper left corner, the broken-up effect and the lightness of the cancels leave the main image remarkably clear, good perforations, stamp was removed from its mailing envelope using the Bestine solvent and placed on a piece of black card stock for an attractive album appearance; centering, mounting, and image-free cancel warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

Also, if you make additional purchases from my offerings, they can all go in one mailing at no extra shipping expense for the added purchases. I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used. If not satisfied, return the stamp to me at your own expense, and I will refund the cost, but not my postage to you. If the stamp is not as described, I will refund the cost and reimburse you for postage both ways.
