PLATE PROOFS

From 1985 Tonga and Niuafoou did not issue imperf stamps - all issued stamps were perforated.

Any imperf stamps are imperf plate proofs - Walsall Security Printers usually did one or two imperf sheets for checking purposes and then kept these in their archives - the main printing run was always perforated. No imperf stamps were sold at the Tonga post office - some years ago WSP and their advisors sold the imperf plate proof sheet/s and this imperf plate proof came from this archival material.

The sheetlets from this set were printed in large printers sheets containing 9 sheets. The first large printers sheet was kept imperf for checking - so 9 imperf plate proof sheets exist - all other sheets were perforated and separated from the printers large sheets.

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

SO I HAVE BLOCKED BUYERS FROM USA AND HOPE THEY WILL MESSAGE ME TO TALK ABOUT THIS MATTER AND WE CAN SEE IF THERE IS SOME WAY FOR THEM TO BUY ITEMS FROM MY STORE.

Many older listings show old shipping information which is now out of date due to rise of postage costs - the cost of shipping is kept up to date here, and shipping charges shown below will apply.

AUSTRALIA - 1.50 euros for each 50 grammes

REST OF WORLD - 3 euros for each 50 grammes

Items will be combined for one shipping fee.

REGISTRATION

Australia Post SMALL international registration envelope - 10.00 euros - used for smaller items and smaller covers.

Australia Post LARGE international registration envelope - 16.00 euros - used for larger items and larger covers. NOTE there is no tracking with registered letters. Tracking costs a little bit more.

On certain occasions if large total is purchased, tracking may be required and I will advise the cost - currently it is 21.00 euros

NOTE - IMPORTANT - WHEN REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY

Registration fee MUST be paid when:-

1. Total cost of items purchased is over 60 euros.
2. Any country I deem necessary because of risk.
