YORKSHIRE (LEEDS & SURROUNDING AREA) album containing a collection of covers & PPC's (82) from pre-stamp covers, highlights incl. 1772 LEEDS s/line, 1792 LEEDS Arc Type, 1834 Horsforth/Penny Post, 1834 cover to Guisborough with a Leeds c.d.s. & boxed 'TOO LATE,' 1814 Wetherby mileage, 1849 hand struck 1d & PAID/at/LEEDS oval mark in red, later duplexes, c.d.s's on KEVII/KGV postcards, noted - RP of Calverley & Rodley Station etc. Nice lot.
