1937 TO 1947 AMAZING SPECIALISTS HOLDING IN 2 BIG STOCK BOOKS. A fascinating and very fine collection with duplication often for blocks and varieties, nicely arranged in two stock books. Most stamps never hinged mint although hinged mint and very fine used also included, the used including some lovely blocks and other multiples. Too much to fully mention but amongst much else we see the 1937 KGV overprinted ranges to 5r mint & 10r & 15r very fine used; 1938-40 set mint plus much else incl 2a6p Birds over Trees variety; 1940 Stamp Centenary incl Birds over Trees in block 4; 1945 "Mily Admn" all values in never hinged mint blocks of four, also 2a6p with Birds over Trees in two different blocks, also a number of other interesting flaws, double overprints, constant plate flaws etc; 1946 New Colours several mint / never hinged sets, used set and blocks incl 2a6p block 4 with Birds over Trees variety; 1947 Interim Government overprinted issue spectacular ranges of doubled, inverted & shifted overprints often as pairs, blocks 4 and larger including SG listed such as the 2a opt type 18a in pair with normal, all values to the 10r top val in mint block 4, at the back of one stock book we find never hinged mint blocks of various 1946 & 1947 high values which catalogue £2237 alone and the Official issues are also well represented throughout.
