1885-1921 MINT & USED COLLECTION good looking lot presented on album pages, we see 1885 used values with several 12pi on 2s6d, incl. bluish paper, nice "F87" numeral and c.d.s. postmarks, 1902-5 all values used, 4pi on 10d with "No Cross on Crown" variety used (crease), 24pi on 5s with Smyrna & Constantinople c.d.s. pmks, 1905-8 mint & dupl. used, note a few pmks and 2pi on 5d block of six used, 1909 used set less 1pi.10pa on 3d, 1910 mint & used with pointed "4" in fraction in mint pair, 1911-13 used range to 12pi on 2s6d, mint we note different surch. types of 1pi on 2½d plus 4pi on 10d & 5pi on 1s, 1913-14 used set, 1921 sl. dupl. used set with additional Sea Horses, note Joined Figures variety on 45pi on 2s6d; BRITISH CURRENCY 1905-12 KEVII "LEVANT" ovpts used set, same ovpts on 1921 KGV used set with 2s6d shade, also a few GB used in Levant.
