1944-45 censored cover to London franked 3d black & grey P.13, tied by boxed 'POSTED ON STEAMER' cachet, applied in transit at Freetown, Sierra Leone, censored both at Ascension with superb boxed 'CROWN/PASSED/XX' in red at lower left and Sierra Leone (faint octagonal) 'CROWN/PASSED/QQ' in violet, senders name on flap, some minor imperfections but very scarce & attractive.
